Associate Manager - Credit Life

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our Life Insurance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our outreach to Lending Institutions (Banks, NBFCs, MFIs etc.) as well as establishing new business partnerships with these organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Acquire partnerships with lending institutions for the sale of Credit Life products.

2) Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.

3) Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

4) Analyses data to track progress and measure the success of initiatives.

5) Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

Job Requirement/Skills:

1) At least 5 years of experience in a business development role within the Life Insurance industry.

2) Strong understanding of Credit Life business with a minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Life business.

3) Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

4) Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.

5) Analytical and problem-solving skills.
