Hiring Locations : Bengaluru

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Development & Deployment (50%)

• Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements in Aprimo s platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Collaboration & Mentoring (30%)

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Optimization & Innovation (20%)

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to enhance the development process.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
• Strong proficiency in technologies related to Aprimo.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools (e. g. , Git), and automated testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Aprimo products (e. g. , Marketing Operations, Digital Asset Management).
