Junior/ Associate Regulatory Advisory& Support
A person with sound technical knowledge who can manage the client andtrain the team members effectively. They need to handle multiple clients whichinvolve a lot of responsibilities and hence they should be able to delegatetheir work to trainees effectively based on the priority.
Desired Profile: CS qualified with an experience rangeof 0-2 years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidateshould be able to handle the following type of works:
1. Company Secretarial Compliances.
2. Foreign Exchange Management.
3. Managing and overseeing a portfolioof client companies.
4. Liaise/ coordinate with the clientson the applicable Compliances.
5. Corporate Law Advisory &Opinions.

Ability to handle the team
The flexibility to work according tothe priority of the organization
Ability to work on deadlines, abilityto engage in multiple assignments concurrently.
