Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Associate at our Corporate Office in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counselling, addressing academic and non-academic concerns, and providing essential guidance related to NEET exams. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring students receive the necessary support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counselling: Provide academic guidance and support to students, addressing their queries and concerns. Help students understand their academic goals and assist them in making informed decisions.

• Academic & Non-Academic Concerns: Act as a point of contact for students, resolving both academic and non-academic issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Communication of Academic Information: Effectively communicate relevant academic information to students, ensuring clarity and understanding of course content, schedules, exams, and related processes.

• NEET Exam-related Support: Assist students in addressing any concerns related to the NEET exam, including exam schedules, preparation strategies, eligibility, and other related queries.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle student concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of the NEET exam process and structure is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage high volumes of queries in a fast-paced environment.
