Job Description
- Monitor call attended ratio (Calls attended/calls received) of individual team member and overall Country Team.
- Monitor turnaround time and pendency of applications with KC and notify management for the status.
- Conducting knowledge test for the employees in the predefined frequencies and get the knowledge database up to date with the help of managers in different departments.
- Ensuring Test parameters are monitored and deviation if any to be reported to the management.
- Training to team members on software's for performing test.
- Monitoring frequency and content of promotional emails and prepare the MIS.
Job requirements
- Any graduate with minimum 4 years' experience in the role of Quality Assurance, monitoring various processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good command over MS Excel and Data retrievals and assessments.
- Apt to work on multiple tasks.
- Attention to details.
