Associate - Azalea Capital

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate / Principal with minimum 5-7 years of experience, with atleast 3-4 years in Credit Sales and Syndication. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in credit and financial analysis, relationships with AIFs, NBFCs, Banks and institutions with experience of syndicating loans worth INR 300 to 500 crs

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the credit sales and syndication process from deal launch to disbursement
• Understand credit and get involved in the structuring of deals.
• Maintaining existing investor relationships and fostering new relationships with investors.
• Collaborate with the team to provide effective market feedback on new deals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Creation and maintenance of Investor database.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance from A grade institutions (preference BE/B.Tech, MBA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience with minimum 3-4 years in Credit sales
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
