Job Description
- 8-14 years of product management experience with hands-on experience in building products
- Understanding of supply chain and experience in building supply chain products
- Data driven: Should be able to explain L1-2-3 of the impact he has created, metrics and how he helped move the needle
Preferable/Good to have
- Exposure to supply chain practices in India is an added advantage
- Previous experience in building customer-facing products(B2B or Enterprise)
- Experience in 10-100 journey of product (basically scaling products) is a plus
What will you do
- Competition analysis and market trends
- Measure the right KPIs that creates impact to the product and user
- Hands on, on the ground drive execution
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and remove roadblocks during the entire lifecycle of the product
- Scale the product from 10-100
