5. Product Adoption and Operational Impact: Drive effective product adoption by delivering comprehensive training and support to customer teams. Monitor and evaluate operational performance post-implementation to ensure maximum impact and customer satisfaction. 6. Change Request Management: Oversee the management of change requests, ensuring timely and accurate updates to workflows and configurations. Maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders regarding updates, timelines, and outcomes.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in RCM operations, customer onboarding, or a related role, preferably in healthcare. At least 2 years of managerial experience leading implementation teams or similar roles. Skills and Competencies: Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, including patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorization and billing cycles.
