Shift Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Job Description:

The main job purpose of the candidate will be to lead US parent facing Accounting shared services for various areas like General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting. This role play a dual role to take care of operational side of shared services as well as to manage and Lead the R2R Corporate Function.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in managing shared services function with a good stakeholder management skill.

2.To have strong review of monthly Soft close/Hard close & Financials for India entity

3.Devising & monitoring KPIs and SLAs for all domains of US Accounting on monthly basis.

4.To front end Sr. leadership review for all critical matters. It will include front ending reviews with Controller, CFO and others.

5.Develop strategic vision for the function.

6.Experience in devising controls, process and policy documentations.

7.To deal with external stakeholders like Actuary, Statutory/internal auditors, other consultants

8.To have an eye on potential areas of Automation, Process improvements across function

9.To oversee governance review for Philippines entity from risk, control and Local GAAP

10.To ensure good team engagement and retention as an effective people leader.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) CA with 17+ years of experience

2) Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounting shared services (preferably parent facing)

3) To have good knowledge of US GAAP, IND AS and PFRS.

4) Good Inter-personal Skill

5) Good Communication Skills & critical thinking.

6) Good excel, Presentation skills
