Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through voice processing, resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  
• Handle international calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and accuracy.
  
• Work on blended processes to provide seamless support to customers across various channels (phone, email, chat).
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in International BPO or similar industry.
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for communication and collaboration.
