Associate - Instrumentation

Roles and Responsibilities

• To control and manage the maintenance activity of the area/ section through optimum utilization of resources for providing the smooth and efficient running of equipments to achieve the production targets.
• Ensuring proper availability of equipments through proactive planning and maintenance to achieve the production target.
• Ensure testing, repairing, calibration and troubleshooting of the Instruments in respective area as per PM schedule
• Route cause analysis of breakdown and stoppages of allotted area and fill into the SAP system.
• Ensure to minimize downtime of equipments.
• Maintaining, updating of manuals/ drawings and maintain the records related to areas equipment .
• Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking corrective measures / steps to rectify the equipment problems with modification or technological improvement.
• Ensure & execute preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance by effective site management and ensure safe execution of the jobs in his area.
• Properly Coordinate with various departments for completion of scheduled maintenance activities on/ or before stipulated time.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B-Tech/ Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics
• Relevant Experience of 5-10 Years
• Well versed wit SAP & MS Office
