OverallPurpose/Objective
Ofthe job
Driveend-to-end project execution for a large scale project residential/ hotel and ensure seamlessand timely delivery within defined standards of cost and quality,by effective project management
KeyResponsibilities
(Listmajor responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the keyobjectives)
- Worksclosely with VP-Projects, leadership team and other stakeholdersto develop the project management framework and sign off on theEngineering brief
- Drivecontinuous improvement, value engineering and innovation acrossall project operations
- Managethe finalization of Project Drawings by coordinating with theArchitecture team & various consultants to review andrevalidate the project drawings
- Preparea broad Project Plan based on the inputs provided and approvalsfrom business leadership, and also provide inputs to the planningdepartment in detailing the project plan in terms of activitylevel break down, timelines, project risks, etc
- Preparerisk mitigation strategies/action plan for each identified riskincluding credible/ alternate backup options and implement andensure adherence to the same
- UndertakeContractor Empanelment by verifying the detailed scope of workfor various contracts required for the project based on the BOQdocument, quality levels and timelines as per the project planand thus ensure finalization of best possible contractual termsand conditions
- Monitoringthe Procurement of Material/ Equipment by ensuring adherence toagreed delivery quality, quantity and schedule and takecorrective measures
- Definepolicies, practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) forthe Project s operations and ensure adherence to the same byrespective departments
- Definethe quality assurance and quality control (QA/ QC) norms toensure all construction activities adhere to the expected qualitystandards
- Responsiblefor all statuary compliances related to HSE as defined byregulatory authorities under all applicable labor laws/ statutes,etc., and ensure safe and healthy environment for all projectpersonnel
- Ensureall Licenses/ No objection Certificates (NOCs) required as perthe project life-cycle are obtained from various Governmentagencies before commencing construction activities
