Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of AVP - Construction to oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in high-rise buildings, commercial spaces, and diverse project phases, along with strong project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects from inception to completion.

- Oversee all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive project success.

- Manage high-rise and commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to design and technical specifications.

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and address challenges.

- Ensure efficient resource planning, procurement, and utilization across projects.

- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

- Implement robust project management practices, including scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

- Maintain control over all civil engineering aspects, ensuring seamless integration with other disciplines and project functions.

Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- Experience: 15-20 years of experience in managing civil construction projects across various lifecycle stages.

- Proven expertise in high-rise buildings and commercial spaces.

- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

- A postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or Project Management will be an advantage.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
