Key skills for the job
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Overview of the year-end closing and finalization of books.
2. Overview of quarterly 941 reconciliations.
3. Working on UK & US/client queries concerning financial statements and providing solutions.
4. Managing the client calls.
5. Review of sales tax return / CRT / TPT / 8027 / prompt tax and other county tax returns. (as applicable)
6. Assisting audit team sales tax / prompt tax / CRT /8027 / TPT / 1099 and other county tax returns filings (as applicable)
7. Regular review of statement tracker/supplier reconciliation portal.
8. Random review of financial statements.
9. Timely submission of review ratings on task manager.
10.Periodic review of team performance through reporting portal (Kaizen).
11.Participate in year-end performance review of the team.
12.Random review of AR / AP reports.
13.Respond to emails on a timely basis (48 hours).
14.Ensure that the new client is updated & trained on internal tools or software (if any of the processes is not set up during onboarding)
