- A Pre-Primary Assistant Teacher plays a crucial role in providing support and assistance to the lead teacher in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting

- Responsibilities:Classroom Support: Assist the lead teacher in preparing and organizing the classroom for daily activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for children
- Curriculum Implementation: Support the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans designed to promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children
- Activity Planning: Assist in planning and conducting various educational and recreational activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, games, and outdoor play, to stimulate children's creativity and learning
- Supervision: Monitor and supervise children during class hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Provide assistance with tasks like toileting, handwashing, and snacks
- Individualized Attention: Work with children individually or in small groups to provide additional support, attention, and instruction based on their specific needs and developmental levels
