🌟 Experience: 2-3 years (Footwear/Rubber/Tyre/Polymer Industry Lab, Compounding, R&D)
🔒 Skills: Product specs, quality processes, R&D project handling

💡 Job Purpose

Support innovation & technical excellence by handling R&D trials, material testing, product development, & process improvements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 💎 Financial: Cost optimization & process upgradation
• 🛠️ Customer: Market feedback collection, issue resolution & maintaining test records
• 🤝 People: Monthly training on safety, quality, & chemicals
• 💡 Internal Process: Sample preparation, material trials, 5S/6S implementation, & data management

• ✅ Complaint Resolution: 100% on-time completion (15%)
• ⏳ NPD Projects: 100% completion as per timeline (30%)
• 🎨 Workmen Training: Min 1/month (15%)
