Job Description

1. Maintain and update the Chemical Sales Orders Report to ensure accurate tracking of orders.
2. Plan and oversee the dispatch schedule, aligning with operational and customer requirements.
3. Collaborate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient vehicle dispatch.
4. Monitor and follow up with the logistics team to ensure adherence to the dispatch schedule.
5. Prepare and maintain the daily payment sheet for chemicals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Review, verify, and manage the collection of outstanding payments from customers.
7. Communicate and coordinate with customers to secure all required documentation before and after material shipping.
