Asst Manager - Planning

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in project planning, specifically in high-rise residential projects.
• Proficiency in MS Projects is mandatory.
• NICMAR certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
