Job Description
- Knowledge of RERA Project Registration and Compliances.
- Monitor compliance.
- Interface with customers / courts / solicitor firms for legal proceedings.
- Drafting of AFS, MOUs, Development Agreements, JDAs, J.V. Agreements.
- Solving issues and providing templates of Standard Formats of Customer Queries of CRM Department.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Independent Team Player.
- Drafting of property documents sale deed, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, MOUs, agreement to sale and other property documentation. Advise on land-property matters.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice especially on contract management.
