Assistant Manager- Field Services

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Field Services to oversee and manage our field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Service Management:
• Overseeing HSK and RNM activities
• Daily follow-up and coordination for down calls
• Tracking and addressing M-Audit observations
• Maintaining comprehensive field activity database
• Vendor Management:
• Preparing and verifying monthly vendor billing/invoices
• Conducting site visits and audits
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Participating in internal and external meetings (customers, vendors)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in field service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in field service management.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Travel is required.
