Responsibilities:
Tendering:
Responding to the enquiries with an offer for Poles, Luminaires, High mast, Stadiums Masts, etc.
Monitor NITs (Notice Inviting Tenders) on Govt. Portals.
Collaborate with different departments to gather bid-related information.
Creating cost sheets, Synopsis for enquiries and Tenders and maintaining MIS for the same.
Ensure timely completion of bid documents.
Track bids post-submission and facilitate follow-up.
Offer insights for bids based on market, competitor, and customer intelligence.
Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Assist in evaluating bids and deciding on business pursuits.
Share pre-bid meeting summaries with reporting officers.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during and after project phases.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, etc.). A master's degree or professional certifications related to bidding and project management could be advantageous.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Analytical skills to assess project risks and financial implications accurately.
Attention to detail to ensure bid compliance and quality.
Negotiation skills to engage with clients and partners effectively.
Proficiency in using relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Experience in the specific industry and understanding of its dynamics.
