Assistant Manager - Platform Planning & Network Design

Planning & Designing of Transmission Network for Access and Core Network for IP & Ethernet based products i.e. leased private circuits, Ethernet, IP VPN circuits (MSP Platform) over MPLS network

Ensures that all validation and circuit build completed a timely fashion to meet agreed SLA s.

Provisioning of different telecom products such as IPVPN QoS, Ethernet Wire Line, and NPLC using NGN tools such as Cramer and Clarify

Co-ordinating with the Project managers and Other teams to handle complex issues

Should keep good quality of work, maintain data integrity in database and trackers

Quick response to customer queries and Actively participating and taking the ownership of customer network issues.

Coordinate between onshore and offshore Engineers to deliver the Mobile services

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Provides governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects.

Tracking the progress of each project, Setting deadlines for specific tasks, Developing project plans

Reviewing documentation for project creation, development and implementation

Creating reports and PPT for senior managers and stakeholders

Drive system & process improvement projects to ensure timely & cost-effective way
