Experience data analytics - Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel, Python (Basic)

Desirable experience

Key Responsibilities:

Use data analytics to understand the content performance on platform
In depth analysis of key viewership metrics and regularly reporting them to stakeholders
Development and management of data dashboards for daily insights
Enable business to increase the viewership and maximize revenue
Report and automate the key business performance metrics for all key launches
Work on target setting and tracking of viewership targets for all upcoming launches

Critical Competencies for Success:

Strong analytical skills and data-driven knowledge
Strategic thinking mindset
Ability to break down and present complex data insights into simplified storytelling to cross-functional teams
Strongly driven to take ownership and independently develop a data-driven point of view in a fast-paced, complex and cross-functional environment
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, and knowledge of R or python (basic)
Good to have experience with at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
