Require Asst.Manager or Dy. Manager in Hammer Production

1. Reduce cost through continual improvement projects and Yield loss reduction.
2. Ensure customer schedules are prepared by the planner as per customer schedule & its is circulated to all the concerned.
3. Ensure PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Safety and Morale) are monitored and maintained and employees are communicated on the same.
4. Identity the wastes (7 wastes of operation) and take necessary actions to minimize / avoid the same.
5. Ensure the department objectives are met and take necessary actions tor any deviation.
6. Ensure effective usage of SAP - PP module.
7. Motivate employees to participate in Small Group Activities (SGA) such as Suggestions scheme, QCC and Kaizen.
8. Ensure effective co-ordination with Maintenance, Tool planning, Quality and other departments for any issues and sort out the same.
9. Ensure machine loading plan is prepared in line with monthly customer schedule.
10. Achieve on time delivery by fulfilling the customer schedule.
