Senior Executive / ASST. Manager Lubricants Sale

Job Title: Senior Executive / Asst. manager Business development (Lubricants)

Location: Telangana And Andhra Pradesh

Main Purpose Of Job:

• Distributor network development for Engine oil & related products
• Develop marketing schemes to drive volumes and reach targeted sales numbers
• Identify, develop and launch products in line with market demand
• Market and sales development in sustainable manner

Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the sustainable revenue growth of lubricants business
• Establishing distribution channel and support / drive sales team
• Supporting existing set of distributors for business growth
• Analyze competition activities and define suitable measures to reach sales growth
• Identify newer avenues of business or develop new products
• To maintain relationship with customers and ensure quality & service norms to achieve their satisfaction and business retention
• Handle customer complaints effectively to maintain service levels and product quality.

Skills Required:

• Should have good product knowledge & aftermarket selling experience in Lubricants
• Good understanding of the lubrication market knowledge
• Ability to convince the distributors and retailers
• Decision- Making: Ability to make decisions and solving problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity and risk.
• Planning and Organizing: Defining tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet those objectives.
• Working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and positive results.
• Creative Thinking: Questioning conventional approaches, exploring alternatives and responding to challenges with innovative solutions or services, using intuition, experimentation and fresh perspectives.
• Analytical Thinking: Interpreting, linking, and analyzing information in order to understand issues.

Experience & Qualifications:

B.Tech/ Technical Background with Automotive Aftermarket Lubricant 3-5 experience
