Assistant Manager - Supplier Development

Role & responsibilities

• New Part Development Supplier APQP Process creation with RASI Chart, review with

CFT

• Supplier APQP formats creation & approval [In line with AIAG & IATF 16949 background]
• Provide APQP training to NPD suppliers as part of supplier dev program
• Evolve Commodity wise standard Part development time plan for team understanding and general time line estimation
• Tracking Manufacturing feasibility study report (MFSR) with balloon drawing, APQP open issues, APQP timing plan etc
• Should be involved in Supplier Process / System audit
• Supplier Training Program
• Improvement of low performance supplier on QCD parameters
• Monitoring overall supplier rating performance
• Addressing Key supplier quality development program.
