Job Overview: The Mortgage Investor Reporting supervisor will provide management and oversight of the departments: Investor Reporting & Accounting, Default Reporting and Credit Reporting. In addition, the incumbent provides support for all audits, exams and other similar reviews and ensures that data requested is provided in a timely manner and is materially accurate. The Mortgage Investor Reporting and Accounting Manager will work diligently to maintain professional vendor relationships.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Manage the mortgage investor reporting and accounting, default reporting and credit reporting functions to ensure data is reported accurately and within established timelines.


Serve as a key member in reporting and accounting for sub-serviced transactions. Provide direction, leadership, training, motivation, coaching and assessment to ensure optimum team and individual performance in support of company and department goals.


Ensure policies and procedures are executed and implemented timely and accurately followed. Ensure all reporting is completed as required by various Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) calendars and guidelines and by the various investors to reduce the risk of monetary loss. Review and approve monthly charge-offs and credit disputes.


Maintain a working knowledge of all job functions and responsibilities performed in the departments. Review the flow process to ensure all new loans are activated correctly. Ensure all reconciliation exceptions and variances are resolved accurately and reconciliations are completed in accordance with Arvest policy.


Participate and represent the department in all internal and external audits and various due diligence reviews and/or exams. Ensure that data requests are handled in a timely manner and data provided are materially accurate. This includes Quarterly Reporting and Rating Agency reviews.

Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team


Qualification & Experience


Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)

Good written and oral communications skills in English

3 years of US Mortgage Experience in managing Investor Reporting with 1 year as Team Leader /Assistant Manager role good exposure to MS office (Excel and PPT). Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
