- Experience in research and analysis on M&A deals, tax-efficient structuring of the companies, international tax laws, tax credits available to the companies, etc.
- Analyze client financial data and documents to identify potential tax savings opportunities and provide accurate tax advice.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in US tax legislation and regulations, and communicate the impact to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting in firm s thought leadership
- Strong communication skills are necessary.

- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
