Role & responsibilities :-
1.Preparation & Finalization of Accounts Standalone and Group consolidation ( IGAAP, IND-AS)
2.Statutory Audit, Tax Audit , ROC Compliance , Stock Audit and others
3.Day to Day Routing Accounting Transactions ( Verification of vendor invoices , sales/purchase Invoices, Ledger Scrutiny , Misc. work)
4.RBI Annual Return, APR, BPP Audit, Renweal of annual Membership ( LEI -Legal Entity Identifier , GJEPC)
5.Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly or Yearly statutory compliances under various laws applicable to company
6.Income Tax Assessment
7.Other Financial Reports as and when required by Management for consolidation purpose
8.Travel Desk accounting and scrutiny
9.Inventory analysis ( Newly added Task)
