Assistant Manager- L & D

• Deliver training programs on various topics such as soft skills, communication skills, time management, business ethics, and customer service excellence.
• Develop customized training materials and presentations to meet specific requirements.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback mechanisms and make improvements accordingly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide individual coaching for staff to address specific challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in training delivery.
• Experience in LMS administration is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to ILT, VLT, and blended learning models will be preferred
