Internal Audit - Sr .Executive /Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in audit of Internal Control over financial reporting as per Companies Act and Sox Requirements (ICFR)

2. Co-ordinating with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors and other auditors to comply with the Statutory compliance. To act as one point of control for timely completion of audits.

3. Performing walk through and process setting for business activities carried out in cost centres based on risk assessment.

4. Transaction Review on periodical basis for new or existing business activities.

5. Process conformance and reporting of deviation or revision with management approval.

6. Preparing Monthly/Quarterly audit process compliance reports and discussion with Management.

7. Assisting Finance, Legal and Tax Team for statutory, cost and legal audits assignments and other works

8. Reporting of deviation or revision with the user team and obtaining management approval.

9. Maintaining monthly documentation of internal financial control process set for internal control compliance.

10. Visiting site works, operations departments to understand the control aspects asper SOP and check the compliance.
