MIS-Executive/Asst.Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for generating, analyzing, and distributing regular and ad-hoc management information system (MIS) reports to support business operations and decision-making.
• Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's MIS to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making.
• Work closely with various departments to gather, analyze, and report on data for business intelligence purposes
• Customize MIS reports according to the specific needs of different departments.
• Create ad-hoc reports and analysis for specific projects or business needs upon request.
• Design and generate periodic reports (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) for management, highlighting key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
• Provide insights and trends based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries that can be easily accessed by the management team.
• Stay updated on the latest MIS tools, software, and technologies to improve system efficiency.
