Assistant Manager - RLI/CLI

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for creating and implementing workplace safety plans and procedures.

2. Accountable for evaluating health and safety practice and procedures for risk assessment and following legal guidelines.

3. Responsible for developing annual EHS training calendar, organise and impart training to employees at all levels.

4. Preparation of Report & investigate for all near misses, incidents, accidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

5. Drive initiates, review monitoring measures, controls and matrix to achieve Zero Accident and zero harm.

6. Monitor employee conformity to safety laws and policies

7. Responsible for monitoring all Fire safety system which has installed in plant premises such as fire alarm, fire hydrant, sprinkler, smoke exhaust etc.

8. Responsible for project phase construction and maintenance safety (if any) activity as per EHS and provide necessary training to vendor and respective staff on all related subject such as, Height work, hot work, confined space, manual material and electrical safety etc.
