Assistant Manager (Team Leader)

1- Sales Strategy Development:

Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, including identifying market opportunities, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.

2- Team Management:

Lead and motivate a sales team by setting clear expectations, assigning sales territories, delegating tasks, and monitoring individual performance.

3- Coaching and Development:
