Job Description
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of various HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV AC units, chiller plants, cassette ACs, split ACs, fresh air units, exhaust systems, heat pumps, cold rooms, and under-counter fridges/freezers.
- Assist in planning and executing HVAC-related projects, including system upgrades, modifications, and renovations. Ensure all project work is completed on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that services meet company standards and project requirements.
- Review and interpret CAD drawings for HVAC installations and modifications. Ensure that installations align with these designs.
- Preferably have experience in handling HVAC needs specific to the hotel industry or facility management industry.
- Manage and lead a team of 15-20 members.
