-Checking vendor bill & labour compliance -Checking bill in order to save Co from principal employer liability -Making expense MIS every month -Writing email to contractors -Ensuring adherence of policy and processes at all times Timing: 10-5.30 -°MBA (HR or Personnel Management) 10-12 years experience Prior experience in Real Estate is a must Knowledge of BOCW Act, CLRA Act is desired Honest and diligent Should be able to work under pressure°EPF, Medical, Mobile Expense, Insurance, 2 Sat Off
