Assistant Manager

Role Overview:  

The Housekeeping and Pest Control Lead oversees daily operations of housekeeping and pest control teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and pest prevention in facilities.  

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Team Management Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping and pest control staff.  

2. Operational Oversight:  

   -Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness of facilities (e.g., offices, restrooms, common areas) using approved chemicals/equipment.  

   -Pest Control: Implement preventive measures, conduct inspections, and coordinate treatments.  

3. Compliance: Enforce health/safety regulations (OSHA, EPA) and maintain documentation for audits.  

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning/pest control supplies within budget.  

5. Client Interaction: Address stakeholder concerns and provide activity reports.  

6. Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes and respond to emergencies (e.g., spills, infestations).  

Qualifications:  

- High school diploma (degree in Facility Management preferred).  

- 5+ years in facility management with leadership experience.  

- Certifications: OSHA, EPA, or pest control licenses (e.g., Certified Pest Control Technician).  

- Skills: Communication, problem-solving, proficiency in MS Office/CMMS.
