Assistant Manager - Nephrology

Role & responsibilities:

1. Operations: Assist daily operations, ensure equipment works, manage billing, and maintain data.
2. Patient & Staff: Interact with patients, supervise staff, and manage schedules.
3. Stock: Monitor and manage stock usage.
4. Records: Maintain records and generate reports.
5. Clinical: Oversee dialysis sessions, assist care plans, and educate patients.
6. Discharge: Prepare summaries and coordinate discharges.
7. Compliance: Ensure care standards and manage complications.
8. Billing: Ensure accurate billing and claims.
9. Budget: Track expenses and find savings.
10. Financial Reports: Compile data and suggest improvements.
11. Engagement: Address feedback and support staff.
12. Improvement: Identify and suggest operational improvements.
13. Quality: Implement quality controls and ensure compliance.
14. Crisis: Manage disruptions and train staff

Preferred candidate profile

• MHA / PG Degree in Hospital Management with relevant computer knowledge
• Minimum of 5 years in dialysis unit management or relevant healthcare leadership role
