ROLE SUMMARY

The Learning and Development person will be responsible for the hands-on execution of learning programs and initiatives. This role involves coordinating learning activities, developing content, creating learning aids like presentations, manuals etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Program Execution:
• Implement and manage learning programs and initiatives according to the plan.
• Coordination and Logistics:
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications.
• Manage the setup and use of training technology and tools, ensuring smooth execution of virtual and in-person sessions.
• Evaluation and Feedback:
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to measure the effectiveness of programs.
• Training Administration:
• Maintain training records, track participant progress, and ensure accurate documentation of training activities.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate with Leaders and Managers to report on training progress, outcomes, and any issues.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements to training programs based on ongoing observations and feedback.
• Content Development:
• Create training materials, including presentations, manuals etx
• Update and revise existing training content to keep it relevant and engaging.
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees across functions.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum Graduate and MBA will be an advantage.
• 3-4 years hands on experience in Learning and Development function.
• Mush have working experience on large data and analysis.
• Must have proficiency in MS word, MS Power point & MS excel.
• Certifications like DISC or related to Training will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
