Job Description
- Procurement experience in intermediates/KSM /Solvents /other materials in Pharma industry
- Negotiation skill and bench marking of cost.
- Arranging Vendor qualification documents, arranging the vendor audit , audit compliance and arranging the CAPA from vendor
- Request for quotation, Cost comparison and PO creation.
- Exploring alternative source for critical material
- Collaborating with site material planner and vendor to arrange the material on time.
- Knowledge on SAP and Ariba
- Conducting Auctions in Ariba for Solvent
- Arranging documents from vendor for regulatory filing /deficiency response
- Collaboration with cross functional team for closing of open PR, PO and change control.
- Coordination with finance for payment release
