- Production Planning: Collaborate with the PPC Manager to develop production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
- Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and resource availability to determine optimal production schedules and identify potential bottlenecks or constraints.
- Production Control: Implement and maintain production control systems to track and monitor the progress of production orders, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.
- Coordination: Liaise with various departments including manufacturing, procurement, sales, and logistics to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancements within the production process.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and performance metrics related to production planning, inventory management, and resource utilization for management review.
