Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage IP Operations and diagnostic services operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Oversee daily operations of IP (Inpatient) and OPD (Outpatient) diagnostics services.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with inter department medical teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans for patients.
• Good knowledge of IP Operations, Admission, Financial counselling & Discharge process.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
