Support Sales, Works, Logistics and Service Quality to drive the corrective actions. Independent verification for corrective action implementation and effectiveness. Support to all DCIN - BU related (imported products) claims.
Quality Audits:
To carry out Process Audit as per the VDA Standard, LPC Audit
Improve customer satisfaction (NPS):
Customer Engagement plan, event participation, customer visits, service focus day, social media coverage, etc.
Q Table and Quality Gates Moderation:
Participating to resolve quality topics along with CFT team involving Q-Methods support and QGs moderation. Moderation and coaching of Problem Solving Methods e. g. 8D,
FMEA Review and Zero Defect Drive
support.
PPAP / ISIR
submission to customers with compiling necessary Quality reporting from CFT.
Digital Quality Initiatives:
Implementation and support.
