Role & responsibilities

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:

• Facility Management
• To Ensure the facility is managed as per acceptable standards, with proper mechanism and controls on Housekeeping and safety regulations.
• Coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders as the case maybe.
• Managing and control on the stationery and printing materials being ordered.
• Event Management. Petty cash Management.
• Reception/Sub staff/FMS/Security Management
• Invoices ratification and processing.
• Infrastructure Management
• Liaise with Government bodies. Building management coordination
• Managing communication lines. Monitoring the surveillance and access control systems
• Vendor Management for various tasks to be carried out.
• Contract Management
• Assets tagging
• Petty cash Management
• Repairs and Maintenance
• To address any breakdowns in a swift manner, to ensure all the assets are managed properly.
• AMCs renewal of all managed assets.
• Health check up of all machines (mechanical/AC/Electrical, Generator and UPS).
