Job Requirement
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable Educational Qualification
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in marketing/branding, with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Certifications in marketing or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the marketing domain.
Desirable Experience
- 3 years’ full-time experience of working in a similar role in a reputed Innovation & start-up promoting organization.
The eligible candidate should have:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally with a track record of marketing for startup support organizations, business incubators, or similar entities;
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and event promotion;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and build alliances;
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of AIC-GGSIPU.
- Ability to be a “Brand Ambassador” for the AIC-GGSIPU;
