Job Description
- Prepare and review complex Form 1040 tax returns for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state tax laws.
- Extensive knowledge of K-1s ( 1065 , 1120S , 1041 ) and grantor letter reporting.
- Preparation and review of state and federal summaries.
- Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance and optimize tax outcomes for clients.
- Train team members and clients on regular tax updates and announcements.
- Research, analyze, and apply tax rules, updates, and changes in tax policies.
- Prepare and review estimates and extensions.
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Software proficiency:CCH Access, Adobe Acrobat
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Seek opportunities for personal professional development.
- A problem solver and a team player who loves to take initiative.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Impeccable mathematics skills.
- Has a flexible and practical approach to work.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team and clients effectively.
