• Plant Operation (CSY-Prod): Based on inputs from marketing team prepare product planning and with support from QC department prepare process improvement plan so as to meet specs of customers.
• Innovation, Automation Upgradation in technology and in process through Capex.
  
• Quality Improvement Quality Assurance.
• Cost Optimization through Innovation, SOP modification
• Safety Hazard Management: Take lead in safe work practices on continual basis
  
• System Orientation: Promote and ensure effective implementation of Integrated Management Systems viz. (ISO, OHSAS SA-8000 etc)
