Senior Executive - HR / Assistant Manager - HR

Role & responsibilities:-

1. Payroll and PMS Support; Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs.

2. Maintain payroll handling accuracy.

3. Review draft paysheets for calculation errors, TDS, and statutory deductions.

4. Prepare bank files and validate account details; Manage salary disbursements.

5. Handle UAN activation and onboarding.

6. Validate statutory reports and ensure timely remittance.

7. Report and remit TDS, PT, and LWF for all states.

8. Possess in-depth knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, and LWF.

9. Manage full & final settlements including clearance and gratuity applications.

10. Address employee queries regarding statutory compliance.

11. Conduct quarterly data reconciliation with Finance.

12. Manage annual/quarterly leave actuarial processes and leave encashment.

13. Ensure timely submission of tax-saving documents per TDS guidelines.

14. Enhance processes through FAQs and communications.

15. Draft SOPs for payroll and related processes.

16. Understand KRA-based performance evaluation.

17. Support PMS during quarterly evaluations.

18. Facilitate goal setting for new joiners and KRA evaluations.

19. Coordinate KRA finalization with business leaders.

20. Compute KRA achievement scores quarterly/annually.

21. Manage quarterly variable pay computation and disbursement.

22. Provide HR data support to managers and stakeholders.

23. Demonstrate excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

24. Expertise in data, MIS, and analytics.

25. Prepare HR reports and MIS.

26. Understand automation and process improvements.

27. Coordinate in drafting and revising HR policies and communications.

28. Prepare SOPs, FAQs, and flowcharts for internal processes.

29. Explain and reinforce HR policies and guidelines.
