Assistant Manager - CRM

The incumbent will be responsible raising demands, processing referrals, processing vendor bills, preparing CRM related MIS such as debtor reports, agreement ageing report, feedback report, agreement regularization report, registration report, file handover pending report, SFDC & SAP login.

• 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting and Data analysis by using Advance Excel.
• Excellent knowledge in MS excel functions and Dynamic Pivot tables.
• Hands on Experience in KPI and Reports & Dashboards
• Hands on experience in using COUNT, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS, Vlookup, Hlookup, XLOOKUP, Index and Match etc. in excel.
• Creating charts and Interactive Charts and Dashboards for easy representation of complex summary tables.
• Expertise in using excels shortcuts to timely delivery of reports.
• Hands on experience in using conditional formatting to apply colors to the data.
• Proven Experience in Excel based Reports.
• Excellent Excel knowledge such as PIVOT, TEXT, DATE formulas etc.
• Proficiency in data manipulations and generating tables using Excel.
• Proven ability in data cleaning and validation for quality reports.
• Creating charts for easy representation of complex summary tables.
• Applying conditional formatting based upon the requirement.

Preferred:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Documentation Standards & RERA knowledge.
• Data entry and management in MIS systems
