Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that company s processes etc. meet the regulatory. Review of controls to comply with various regulatory requirements.
 
Key Result Areas

Regulatory Compliance & Review / Testing

  • Assist in/Work on:
  • Standalone reviews of various areas across the critical functions of the organization as per Annual Compliance Review plan
  • Regulatory Compliances: Verification of compliances in place for the new regulations implemented
  • Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels of the company thereof
  • Investment Compliance verification
  • Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring.
